Active Collection: Information is collected in various ways when the Service is utilised. Voluntarily provided information is collected, such as information used to create a Comic’s Lounge account or when an email is sent to us. Comic’s Lounge does not hold or store any financial information. Secure PCI complaint payment processors are used to process all transactions through the App and Site.

Automatically Collected When You Use our Service: This may include but is not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address (we may use this to approximate your location), unique device identifiers, your mobile number, your device model and name, your operating system, your browser type, your preferred language and your activity on the Service. Comic’s Lounge collect’s personal financial information to confirm the identity of users and bill customers for products and services. Unique identifiers (such as membership or credit card numbers) are collected from you to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. We will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without your prior consent. When you make a purchase through Comic’s Lounge system your consent is required to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card. You will be asked at the time of booking if you would like to receive this information. Comic’s Lounge will not use or disclose this information in any way, other than that disclosed in this policy.

Comic’s Lounge will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you. Comic’s Lounge has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read by third parties. Please note also that Comic’s Lounge may use the overseas facilities of Comic’s Lounge to process or back up its information. As a result, we transfer and store your personal information to our overseas facilities. Comic’s Lounge abides by Comic’s Lounge privacy policy and the National Privacy Principles. This information will not be used or released to any third-party companies.
