The Spring Comedy Festival Showcase explodes onto the stage at The Comics Lounge, bringing together a huge mystery lineup of some of Australia's funniest stand-up comedians.

Shad Wicka has become one of Australia's most exciting stand-up comedians, with appearances on Thank God You're Here and millions of views across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. His high-energy storytelling and sold-out live shows have made him a must-see act.

Every show features 5–6 incredible comedians, including big names from TV & radio, Melbourne Comedy Festival favourites, rising stars and surprise special guests. You won't know exactly who's appearing until they walk onto the stage and that's all part of the fun!

For more than 25 years, The Comics Lounge has been bringing together Australia's best comedians, and our Spring Comedy Festival Showcase continues that tradition with a massive night of live stand-up.

Event Details:

✅ Dinner: Arrive at 6:30 PM to enjoy delicious food, including Burgers, Pizza, and Parmas, plus a full snack menu.

✅ Show: Arrive by 7:15 PM for the 8:00 PM show. Seating is first-come, first-served (front-to-back).

✅ Duration: The show runs until approximately 10:30 PM.

✅ Age Restriction: This is an 18+ event.

✅ Accessibility: Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.

✅ Bags: Only small bags (A4 size or smaller) are permitted.

Drink Bottles:

For the safety and comfort of all guests, glass bottles, metal bottles, insulated drink bottles (including Frank Green, Yeti and Hydro Flask), hard plastic bottles, and bottles larger than 500ml are not permitted.

Guests may bring one soft plastic water bottle up to 500ml into The Comics Lounge.

All bottles must be completely empty upon arrival and may be refilled with complimentary drinking water once inside the venue.
