- Show: Arrive by 6:30 PM for the 7:00 PM show. Seating is first-come, first-served (front-to-back).
- Duration: The show runs until approximately 8:30 PM.

- Accessibility: Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
- Bags: Only small bags (A4 size or smaller) are permitted.
Drink bottles
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, glass bottles, metal bottles, insulated drink bottles (including Frank Green, Yeti and Hydro Flask), hard plastic bottles, and all water bottles are not permitted.
- There is complimentary drinking water once inside the venue from the complimentary water tap.
